This semester, I am teaching Strategy Consulting to MBA students in the joint program between Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland.

Teaching Strategy Consulting to MBA students in this international program is always an inspiring experience.

What I enjoy most is seeing experienced managers and professionals challenge assumptions, analyze real business problems, and collaboratively design strategic solutions. Strategy consulting is not only about frameworks and tools—it is about developing the mindset to diagnose complex problems and create meaningful, lasting impact.

I am truly grateful for the opportunity to accompany such talented MBA participants on their journey of strategic thinking and leadership development.
